Singing Time Game

Our game was a life-sized game board.  I split the kids up into two teams and used one reverent child from each team to be the "playing pieces".  I then called on one more child from each team to come to the front.  Then I asked them a question about the song we were supposed to sing.  For example:  "If I looked out the window, what would I see?"  Then the first person to raise their hand would answer correctly, "popcorn popping on the apricot tree".
They then got to roll the die and move their "pawn" that many spaces  forward.  I used different clues like "there was the really smart guy, and a real dummy", for "the wise man and the foolish man".  Or, "you've got to have these or else you will crack!", for "Hinges".  It was a ton of fun, and the kids really got into it.

I just thought I'd share with you my last day in Primary before I  moved.  I had my calling for 2 years, and moved two weeks before the program.  But, my Primary President and Bishop let me keep my calling and I came back those two weeks to practice with the kids and then for the program itself.  It was a ton of fun.  And since it was my last day, I thought I'd go out with a game.  -Sis Whatcott
