We did a “Job Faire” with values a while ago. We had the 7 values represented and had a speaker/Recruiter for each one. We didn’t pass off any PP goals but boosted them up for making plans.
Each recruiter wore the color they represented, had a table decoration, and brochure along with a handout. They really had fun.
Each booth was upbeat and encouraging. They gave suggestions on PP goals they could work on and how to accomplish them.
