Tempanol Dental First Aid Kit (abt. $7.00 in US drug stores) comes in

 a handy plastic case & has a dislodged tooth or crown storage container.

Tempanol Temporary Cap & Crown Cement (abt. $4.99)

This filler will work faster and probably a little better than the one contained in

the kit above.

Syringe – to apply the oil of cloves inside the hole of a decayed tooth &
around sore tooth. The Q-tip method that comes with the kits doesn’t work

as well in getting the medication to the spot needed.
Dental mirror – available at most drug stores in US
Tweezers –
Dental probe – Angled metal tool purchased at a US military surplus store.

Empty squeeze bottle – When filled with warm water, it is used as a pressure
washer to clean out food particles from around and in teeth. This is done
prior applying filler material. (The syringe can also be used for this)
Dental Floss –
Orthodontic wax – Comes in some professional dental kits or purchased
separately at drug stores. Used as tooth filler material & for people with braces.
Ambosol – A larger bottle to extended pain relief.
Q-tips – Used to dry tooth before applying filler material.
Small cotton balls – Used to dry tooth before applying filler material.
