Getting Sister’s to come to RS Meetings

When I started my calling as Enrichment Counselor, our numbers were very low too. I found that if I keep announcing our activities and do lots of handouts and posters, the sisters are well-informed and more likely to remember to come to HFPE. I also go out of my way to make sure the sisters in Primary and YW are well informed by handing their invites personally to them. And I also e mail the sisters ahead of time for an extra reminder. I do handouts that are fun and sometimes add candy to “bribe” them to come! I will list below some cute ways to use candy etc. in your handouts…there is even one for the husbands or family members! ( Small Reeses Peanut Butter Cups ) We’re just ” NUTTY ” about Enrichment Night!
( Any small treat ) ” TREAT ” yourself to a wonderful evening. Come to HFPE Night!
( Hershey Kisses ) ” KISS ” your worries goodbye and come to Enrichment Night!
( You may also wish to change it using the words : Family, Housework etc. )
( Hershey Kisses ) ” KISS ” your wife ( mother, grandmother etc. ) goodbye and send her to HFPE night! ( Give these to husbands or other family members & you can use Hershey Hugs also and adapt wording )
( Fancy Chocolates ) ” INDULDGE ” in fun……Come to Enrichment Night!
( For self reliance & emergency preparedness: Life Saver candy )
This Enrichment Night may be a ” LIFESAVER ”
( Suckers ) We’re ” SUCKERS ” for a great Enrichment Night!
( Riesen candy ) Top 10 ” RIESENS ” to come to Enrichment night! (List 10 reasons that relate to the topic of the class.)
( Small baggie of popcorn ) “POP” on over to Enrichment this month!
