Another ward did this for Father*s Day and loved it (might need Bishop*s approval)
A few months before June, start asking people in the ward to donate old ties that they don*t need anymore. Or buy enough used ties for every child at used clothing stores. The children each get an ugly tie to decorate (use googly eyes, flowers, foam stickers, feathers, etc.). Make sure you use a strong glue. The next day the dads get to wear their crazy ties for Father*s Day. Some dads had to wear 4 ties at once!
