Paint
Stencils or vinyl stickers
Sandpaper
Hanger

You might want to sand the edges little to make smooth

Paint wooden sign

Stencil, let each line dry before you do the next line or apply stickers

Sand a little if you want to give it that shabby look, we also had a stain that we had them rub on the board after they sanded it so it made the shabby look darker.
