There is a PDF file which you can just print on regular paper, the other images are sized as 4 x 6 photo cards, have them printed, then cut them in half, you can laminate them, or back them with a coordinating card stock.

The time has come for me to be honest with myself,  that I just can't keep up with this site any more.
