Poem about Young Women Time Ending
As Young Women Ends
As your time in Young Women comes to an end
You look back with a tear in your eye.
All the things you have done and the things you have learned
And now you are saying good-bye.
You have grown from a little Beehive
To a beautiful mature grown girl.
You have learned leadership skills that will help you
As you enter the big outside world.
We know you look back with fondness
At all the things you’ve done,
Of weekly activities and girls camp,
And playing in the sun.
We hope you’ve learned from the lessons
That were given each week with love.
So you could gain love for the Savior and
Have a strong testimony of things from above.
Now you move on to Relief Society
Where you will learn even more.
Things to help as you one day start a family,
Things you haven’t learned before.
Each sister will readily welcome you,
So just jump in with both feet.
You’ll love having this new experience,
As with these loving sisters you’ll meet.
So put Young Women’s behind you,
Tuck it deep in your heart.
And walk bravely into Relief Society,
A new adventure, you’re ready to start.
