I searched the internet for a book I could give my young women to help them ponder on ordinances and the particularly the sacrament.  I couldn’t find what I wanted so I created something using things I found.  I don’t know if I need to document where I found everything.  If I do let me know and I will find the links again.
I found the mini composition books at Michael’s for $1.50.
I bought a set of small pictures of the savior by Greg Olsen and we modge podged them onto the cover and a quote about ordinances onto the back cover.
Inside the front cover is The page Keep a Sacrament Journal and on the opposing page “The Significance of the Sacrament”

On the next page in is”What do I covenant at baptism?”

A couple of pages later is “Suggestions for Personal Progress goals you can use this journal for” It takes up two pages facing each other.

Inside the back cover is the comparison of the sacrament prayers on the bread and the water

I also included an envelope with additional pictures of the Savior that the girl can add to pages each week and record her thoughts about the Savior and things he had done.

The pictures of Christ were taken from the church’s gospel library site and are not copyrighted.
