I know the church has come out with one, but some people asked if I would update mine, I guess they liked it better. So I did. Enjoy! I based one off other one’s I have seen, but made some changes to suite me!
I have put this tracker into an excel spreadsheet, so you can use it on your computer, plus there is a printable copy of it!
