OK so here is the deal, the link above is not working, I have emailed Kim but have not heard back. So I went seraching, and I found the downloads on the File share site she is using. Those links are below.
I also downloaded them in case those links stop working. And I turned them into a PDF file with 4 on a page.
If and when I hear form Kim, I will get the right link up.
